I would like to add a few things to what Usayd said earlier about MSN Spaces.
As a starter, the correct link is spaces.msn.com .
There is a feature Usayd didn’t speak of (which I think is the coolest) and that is that it works together with msn messenger 7 (which you can find here). What I mean with that? Well check out these screenshots I made:
In this one you can see an orange star in front of the contact when he/she has updated his/her blog, in this case ‘ikke (@gmail)’:
When you look at that persons contactcard…
you get to see what’s new: photo’s, blog entry,…
These are two really cool features.
So yes Usayd, I do think Microsoft MSN did a good thing here, because I don’t think this already existed.

Cool – didn’t know that because I don’t use MSN 7. I really like the way MSN have made the web-based applications work with their Instant Messaging applications, for example all your MSN contacts are already on your Hotmail contact list.
