Update: Gmail

By DarthTibault

It seems the release date of GMail is coming closer and closer: GMail is now available in other languages than English.

English is just another language…
Use
Gmail in the language you want! The interface is now available in 12
more languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean,
Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, simplified and traditional Chinese. And
UK English. We like choices. Learn more

Although I speak Dutch, I think I’ll stick to the English version for now, that will ensure me that I get the new features as they arrive… plus: I had a look at the Dutch one, and the translation kind of stinks. A lot of words aren’t even correctly translated, and there is no spelling check :(

Well its cool that its being released soon and all, but that will really just mean more users :(
Also i don’t see Arabic there which is prettey dissapointing…

I hope they improve their translation instead of using the website to do it actually pay a guy to do it!!

Well, they actually do pay some guy for it: some American that studied Dutch, but who obviously doesn’t speak it that fluently…

And don’t worry about the arabic, more languages are comming!
