The thing about this application is that your supposed to be able to share pictures with people. I remember trying out Google’s Pisca a few years ago that did something very similar.

Sharing pictures… I think you mean Google Hello then? Or at least in combination with Picassa.
(Picassa is one of my favourite Google applications: it’s a picture/album viewer that works really good, and surprisingly fast. Higly recommended)
