As if the death of 150,000 Iraqi’s wasn’t enough.
08/29/05 "ICH" — – President Bush’s latest milestone in the war on terror has been predictably ignored in the mainstream media. Bush, who is now in the fifth year of his presidency, has served 1727 days in office. With the death toll in Iraq currently at 1873 servicemen, Bush can now boast that at least one American has died for every day he’s been in office; a sobering tribute to a man who wants to be remembered "a war president".

I read this over on my cousins blog and I just had to post it:
I was reading the newspaper today when i came across this in the letters section of the Guardian
Justice and Israel I am mystified by the fuss Israel is making over the removal of 2% of it’s illegal settlers from the Occupied Territories. Israel managed to ethnically cleanse half a million Palestinians from their homes during the 1948 war. In recent years, it has destroyed thousands of Palestinian homes. So are we supposed to be so impressed by the "trauma" of removing 8,000 squatters from Gaza, that we no...

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has secured an agreement from Israel and the Palestinians for settler homes to be razed after the Gaza Strip pullout.
Rice said on Sunday that both sides agreed that the homes occupied by about 8000 illegal Jewish settlers would do little to address the housing needs of the 1.3 million Palestinians living in the occupied territory.
"The view is that there are better land uses for the Palestinians to better address their housing needs," she told a news conference before heading to Jordan on the next leg of her Middle East tour.

A group of American security guards in Iraq have alleged they were beaten, stripped and threatened with a snarling dog by US marines when they were detained after an alleged shooting incident outside Falluja last month.
If they’re not beating up Iraqi’s – they’re beating up everyone else. Pathetic abuse of power which they don’t deserve!

06/06/05 "ICH" – - For years, Saddam was one of our government’s propped up and militarily supported puppets. Many people have seen the famous footage of Donald Rumsfeld shaking hands with Saddam. I suppose the two are smiling so big for the cameras because they are kindred spirits. After all of the hand-shaking and weapon brokering, when did Saddam become such a bad guy to Bush, Cheney, Halliburton and Co.? (Insert your favorite reason here).
During the Clinton regime the US-UN led sanctions against Iraq and the weekly bombing...
