Today Google and Sun are having a press conference in which they are rumoured to announce an Office Suite based on StarOffice/OpenOffice, and accessible via a web browser. If you don’t know what that would look like, you should have a look at Writley, a web based word processor.
I believe this to be a really interesting step. Imagine being able to write things with the same word processor at home, at a friend’s place, at some internet cafe,… no more messing with an other version/software then the one you’re used too.
Google could also give you free space like Gmail’s...

Ok I ain’t gonna lie, I downloaded and Installed MS Codename Max (they’re becoming obsessed with ‘codename’ now) thinking it was going to be prettey rubbish…and like usual I was very much right.
Heres the little review I promised.
Installation
I downloaded the installer from the MS Max website at 117kb I knew that it was going to download the installation packages itself as it went on. It took me ages, I said it was installing and i’d write the review after i’d restart. Well it took so long to install (P4 2.4ghz 640MB Ram) that I got boerd and forgot about...

No i’m not talking about chips that you eat, i’m talking about the price that it costs Intel to manufacture the average P4 computer processor chip:
Though Pentium 4s can sell for up to $637, Intel’s average cost for making a chip comes to $40, according to a report from analysts In-Stat.
The report doesn’t consider expenses related to design or marketing, or the fact that high-end chips can sell for more because fewer off the production line can actually run at top speed, but it does shed light on how Intel has managed to maintain healthy margins in an era of...

Microsoft® Codename Max is not like any other product. That’s because it’s not a product—it’s your opportunity to try an exciting new user experience from Microsoft. Today Max lets you make lists of your photos and turn them into beautiful slide shows to share with your family and friends. Tomorrow…who knows?
Pah!! Okay it looks interesting so i’m currently installing it. Tibault you aren’t stealing this one from me, i’ll write a review once my PC has restarted (after installation). I also want to try out the structured blogging plugin.

Tibault, apologies from me – you were slightly more realistic!
London, September 12, 2005 – eBay Inc. The acquisition will strengthen eBay’s global marketplace and payments platform, while opening several new lines of business and creating significant new monetization opportunities for the company. The deal also represents a major...
Sounds very useful actually, seeing as its perfectly legal!
"Tom’s Hardware has a review of the Bart PE Builder software utility takes Windows XP and shrinks the OS to your USB flash drive. Besides converting your mini-drive into an emergency boot disk, you can use the utility to load a Web browser, media burning software and more – to have handy anywhere you go. And by the way, it doesn’t violate the Windows XP EULA." From the article: "If your PC has a relatively new motherboard, its BIOS will already include the functions necessary to support USB-attached...
10 Whole years. I can’t believe it. Oh, by the way, i’m talking about the anniversary of the first Playstation – Yesterday was its 10th!
It makes me feel a whole lot older, how did ten years pass by like that! I remember the release of the PS1 which was a revolution in the console gaming world. I’m not gonna lie, I never owned one – but so many of my friends and relatives did that I might’swell have. I never was much of a console guy (pc all the way) but the Playstation certainly had its place in the worlds advancing video games market, and for that I pay my...
