A BBC programme “How to start your own country” presented by Danny Wallace follows a inspired and determined man to…. Well start his own country. You may think well where he is going to start his very own country, surely he needs land, surely he needs money, not to mention the people. Well he has declared he flat as country, and he has declared all of his citizens, ambassadors and the jobs for ambassadors are to declare your flats, houses, gardens, sheds, tents, cars or any space that belongs to you, as an Embassy for this yet unnamed country. "I am utterly against the punishing of innocent people for the crimes of the guilty, whether it is done on the underground of London or the streets of Falluja by George Bush’s air force". George Galloway MP
Lets face it, there aren’t many likeable politicians in the western (and of course everywhere else) governments today, so it feels good to say that I’ve always had respect for George Galloway and his views towards the current situations. I’ve attended seminars and talks with George Galloway as a guest and I’ve always been delighted with his...
Okay so i’m reading through my daily collection of mailinglist emails and yet again I come across an interesting article from the Information Clearing house. Living Islam? Yep, that’s the name of the Bi-Annual Camp organised by the Islamic Society of Britain for Muslims not only from the UK but also across the world. Living Islam 2005 is the successor of the initial Living Islam 2003 camp which hosted over 3000 Muslims in the Lincolnshire Showground. This extremely successful event promised the return of many of the visitors for the next event two years later. After being there a day it felt as though the last camp had just been the day before. By BBC 07/23/05 "BBC" – - A man shot dead by police hunting the bombers behind Thursday’s London attacks was unconnected to the incidents, police have confirmed.

A number of Tube stations have been evacuated and lines closed after three blasts in what Met Police chief Sir Ian Blair says is a "serious incident".
Sir Ian appealed to Londoners to stay where they were and said the transport system was effectively shut down.
The minor explosions used detonators only, a BBC reporter said.
In addition, a Number 26 bus in Hackney Road in Bethnal Green had its windows blown out by a blast. There were no injuries.
